The process: 

Phase One: Submit your Application

Fill out the online application and submit it by July 15, 2022. Please make sure to answer all of the questions. If you have any questions about the application or our organization, feel free to send an email to grindtograd@gmail.com.

Phase Two: Interviews & Selection

Upon submitting your application, you will be contacted within 72 business hours about participating in an interview, which will take place between June 15 and July 18. During this time, you’ll meet a G2G team member, who will take the time to get to know you and why you’re interested in interning with us.

NOTE: All interviews will take place virtually.

All applicants will be notified during the week of July 24 via email of their selection status.

Phase Three: Onboarding and Training

All hired candidates will go through a two-part onboarding/training process. One part of the process will be a self-guided course on the organization and general tips for the role. The second part will be role-specific training to ensure your preparedness for success. All training will finish prior to August 15, 2022.

Phase Four: Hit the ground running!

Once you've been onboarded and trained, you will begin to perform your role on a more autonomous level, proving why you were chosen for the team.
