MISSION + VISION

The mission of Grind to Grad is to inspire, inform, and uplift prospective and current Black undergraduates and graduates.

We create equitable opportunities for Black undergraduates by providing interactive, equal-access resources which positively influence them to remain in and graduate from college.

We're driven by a single goal: Increase the persistence, retention, and six-year graduation rates of Black undergraduates.
